Returns and Exchanges
While we hope you’re happy with our products and our service, we know everyone sometimes has second thoughts when they make a purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
Bikes
Grove Street Bicycles will refund your purchase price or exchange your bicycle within seven days from the date of sale provided the bicycle was not ridden and is in sellable condition. You must bring all paperwork (receipts, packets and packaging) associated with the bike’s sale with you. We cannot, under any circumstances, take back any ridden or altered bicycles. All sale bikes are final-no exceptions. A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply for bicycles returned. If the bicycle has accessories installed that need to be removed, a fee will be charged for that service.
Products
For products bought in our store, we will refund your purchase price or exchange the products if you bring them back within seven days. You must have the original receipt and all original tags and packaging. We have the right to refuse to refund or exchange if product is not in sellable condition.
Clothing
Grove Street Bicycles will refund or exchange clothing items within seven days of original purchase only if the item was not worn. You must have all receipts and packaging. We have the right to refuse to refund or exchange items if clothing has been worn or damaged in any way.
Please note that all sale clothing item purchases are final—no exceptions!
Restocking fee
Bikes-10% will apply for bicycles returned within one week of purchase.
Special orders-We require a 10% restocking fee for any returned special order items.
