Donations

Have an old bike you don’t ride anymore? Want to donate it and get $25 in store credit toward the purchase of a new bicycle? Bring your used bike to our shop!

At Grove Street Bicycles, we restore old bikes to suitable riding condition and donate them to charity. Our goal is to help less fortunate members of our community have an easy-to-use mode of transportation and an outlet for exercise. Groups we support include the non-profit organization Good Goes Around and neighboring homeless shelters in Jersey City. We’ve donated hundreds to date.
