Every first Sunday of the month of May NYC holds the Five Boro Bike Tour. It is a 40-mile ride that goes through the five boroughs. On May 1st, Robert Stratmann from Germany raced in the “Rund um den Finanzplatz Eschborn-Frankfurt” in Frankfurt Germany. According to Stratmann the race used to be called, “Rund um den Henniger Turm.” The reason for the name change is because the beer company, Henniger wasn’t a sponsor this year. We will be riding Sunday Morning. We leave the shop 7:30am sharp. Road bikes only with helmet and gear. This will be a 15-16 mph average pace.

We received the new Animal hub guards the other day and have them in stock at the stop. The hub guard is called the Pyn rear hub guard. They come in black, blue, red, and purple. Back in stock we have the Animal integrated headset and the Nigel seats. Come by and check them out.

Even though the shop will be closed for Easter Sunday, we will still be having the Sunday morning ride. Make sure to meet in front of the shop at 7:20AM, as we will be leaving at 7:30AM. It will be about a 25-30 mile ride this time around. Hope to see you out there!
